The building, completed in March 2020, is located in a strategic position in front of the Ferrari Park (Modena Park), near the historic center of which we remember the Duomo, the Galleria Estense, the Ducal Palace and the Enzo Ferrari Museum. Come to know our territory, we will be delighted to welcome you.
We have two double bedrooms (also for single or triple use) with private bathroom, a living room-library where you can relax in the company of good music and a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast or for your meals.
Rooms are equipped with private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, universal sockets adapter, television, courtesy kit and quality linen.
All rooms are air conditioned, air conditioning for summer and heating with adjustable thermostat according to the desired temperature.
Possibility to add a single bed in both rooms or in the living area.
Check-in: from 2.30 pm
Check-out: before 10.00 am
One or two days before you will be contacted by the reception or you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions for your arrival.
Languages : Italian, English, Spanish and French.
A credit card as guarantee is required to confirm the reservation (the amount of the first night may be retained as a deposit convertible into a penalty).
The balance is required at check-in.
Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival, except for particular periods that will be indicated when requesting availability. From the 2nd day, the penalty is equal to 100% of the first night.

Soggiorno piacevole, appartamento molto accogliente e comodo sia per la vicinanza al Centro sia per la possibilità di parcheggiare tranquillamente all’interno. Stanze grandi e ben accessoriate. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura nuova e curata nei particolari, molto pulita, in posizione ottimale per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico di Modena.
Camere confortevole con letto molto comodo, Wifi gratis e cucina completa di tutto per prepararsi la colazione. Personale molto gentile!

Pulizia impeccabile, fornito di ogni comfort, staff di accoglienza puntuale gentilissimo e cordiale, l’appartamento è nuovissimo, le camere spaziose. L’attesa ammetò è di ottimo gusto. Vicinissimo al centro e alle zone commerciali. Un posto dove abiterei. Ci tornerò.
